Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation via email/SMS.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. The Company does not store complete card details.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and internal policy.
• The Company reserves the right to modify cancellation policies.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a 15 days.

ENTRY RULES & SAFETY POLICY

• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian where required.
• The Company reserves the right to deny entry if safety rules are violated.
• Users must follow all safety instructions displayed at the Facility.
• The Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.

USER CONTENT & COMMUNITY FEATURES
